Found this old flyer/menu going through some old papers. Yes, it was touristy (complete with mariachi trios and massive margaritas), but the salsa was great, the patio was beautiful, and the food was consistently good. I was under the impression it had a lot of local popularity in addition to being a tourist hotspot.
